Badminton is unequivocally Malaysia’s favourite sport. Accessible and thoroughly engaging, the calorie-burning pastime is played day and night by Malaysians from all walks of life. Our most decorated sportsmen are shuttlers, having won almost every major competition—save for the elusive Olympic Gold. Remember when Chong Wei almost did it in the Beijing Games? If you’re itching for an exciting rally or just a good sweat, there are many badminton courts scattered around KL, Petaling Jaya, and Subang Jaya. Below are the best spots for some good shuttlecock smashing in the Klang Valley.
