In such cases, TCAT shall not be held accountable. 5.Warranty shall be void if the serial number sticker on the system is removed or defaced or in the opinion of TCAT that it has been tampered with. 6.This warranty shall be limited only to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective parts and shall not cover any other such incidental costs incurred to the user.
