Delivery during MCO Period: All orders will be delivered by our own in-house crew during the normal shopping period. We strive to ensure safe delivery to you within 3-5 working days of your order. [Important to Note] During Movement Control Orders, campaign period, peak shopping & promotional periods, we may require additional 5 working days on top of our standard delivery period to process and pack & deliver your orders. To ensure a safe and prompt delivery, you are advised to ensure that the delivery address is accurate as we would not be able to guarantee a change of delivery address. Our Crew will contact you when they are doing the delivery to your delivery address. So please assist to look out for calls from our Crew after you have placed your orders. If the delivery duration is beyond your expectation, you may opt to cancel the order before the order is confirmed. 2. Processing of order Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the next working day. Please take note that we won’t be able to accept any urgent orders/ designated date delivery and change of item / free gift (if any). 3. Change of Shipping address. Please ensure that you key in the correct delivery address before you checkout as we could not make any changes in the system after the confirmed order. If there is a mistake in the delivery address, please cancel and place a new order. Please note that an order of untraceable address can risk our delivery team being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner. 4. Delivery Policy. Currently, our delivery coverage is only within certain areas in the Klang Valley. Please check the delivery coverage map before you place your order. We are currently delivering your order by our in-house delivery team, therefore there will not be any tracking numbers available. Our Crew will contact you when he is on the way to deliver your order. Our delivery team specialized in handling frozen products therefore, do not worry as we are currently delivering using refrigerated trucks and if we use a private vehicle, we will ensure that is sufficient insulation and dry ice to keep your order in optimum condition. At the time of delivery, you may be required to check your order by signing-off/ providing your last four digits of IC number to our delivery team. Report Order Problem If you receive the wrong order, missing pieces or a faulty product, please do not accept it. Return Policy We do not accept any return and refund (unless damage is done by our end). As our products are considered ‘perishable’ goods and temperature-sensitive, it’s non-returnable. You have the right to reject the product during delivery if you deem the product to be wrong or faulty. 7. Cancellation of Order We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once we have processed your order.
