Clean and clear brew with yellowish green color. Aroma is rich floral-fruity with milky hint. Taste is very soft with sugar and floral aromas and vanilla – creamy aftertaste. This green tea is perfect for a new day.

Jade colored buds and leaves, with a small rolled balls like oolong tea.

Brewing Advice:

– Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F

– Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot

– Brew for 2-3 minutes

The oriental green tea is quite high in quality due the product being made primarily from the youngest tea buds. The tea leaves are picked, dried, and heat-treated to stop fermentation of the loose leaf green tea. The heat treatment consists of roasting the tea leaves in a hot roasting pan. After moisture is removed through the heat treatment, the tea leaves are typically rolled and dried again before ready for use and therefore are often roundish shape like the Oolong tea. They are quite convenient for packaging and transporting. This high quality tea does not contain tea dusts, provide excellent taste and flavors. After the dried tea is being seeped in water, you can expect to see the tea buds unrolled and expanded whole in the water back to the original shape of the tea leaf.
