YBHerbs Sha Shen Herbal Tea 沙参润肺补肺凉水 ±220g 沙参 清热 润肺 补肺 凉水 凉茶 [H1-06]

材料：沙参，蜜枣，无花果，吉饼，南杏仁，雪梨干

功效：清热化痰，润肺止咳

煮法：

1）将药材洗干净

2）将2.5L的水煮滚后，把火转至小火。

3）加入洗好的药材继续煮60分钟

4）用筛子把全部药材捞起来，加入些许冰糖即完成啦

注意：

1）凉水不要放太久，不要隔夜放冰箱。以免变寒，喝多了反而惹寒咳

1）体寒的人

2）月经期间

3）孕妇
