Simply yummillicious & fulfilling 😋😋😋 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 === RECIPE === Ingredients:- 1 Cup flour 1 Cup anchovies stock 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 salt 1/2 Cabbage 1 medium Carrot 1 Yellow onion 4 large eggs Vit's Ramen Noodle Some Cut filament stick Prawn Okonomiyaki Sauce:- 4 tbsp Ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar 3 1/2 tbsp Worchetershire sauce 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce Method:- 1. Mixed flour, anchovies stock, sugar & salt and set aside for an hour 2. Shredded Cabbage, Carrot & Yellow onion 3. Mixed well all ingredients for Okonomiyaki Sauce & set aside 4. Rinse 2 packs of Vit's Noodle in water & set aside 5. Add Egg into the mixed batter earlier & mixed well 6. Add Shredded Cabbage, Carrot & Yellow Onion & mixed well 6. Heat Pan with some Olive Oil & turn to low Heat throughout the cooking 7. Add some batter into the Pan 8. Spread evenly 9. Add some Vit's Noodle on top of Spread batter 10. Add Cut filament & prawn on top of noodle 11. Add some more batter on top of it 12. Cover lid & Cook about 5 mins 13. Open lid, flip over, add some water, closed lid & Simmer about 5 mins 14. Open lid, flip over, add some Olive Oil & cook another 5 mins 15. Dish up the Okonomiyaki 16. Brush Okonomiyaki Sauce on top of Okonomiyaki evenly & spread some monitor flakes 17. Cut & Serve..
