Description

Uncle James Char Siew Sauce (Oriental BBQ Sauce)

Net Weight : 150g (Serves 6 - 8 persons)

Direction :

1) Marinate 1KG fresh meat with Uncle James Char Siew Sauce for at least 3-4 hours or overnight in the chiller.

2) Bring 450ml water to boil in a wok / cooking pot and simmer marinated meat & sauce in the boiling water for 20 minutes with lid on. Turn meat over and continue simmering for 20 minutes with lid on.

3) Remove lid, switch to medium heat and stir for approximately 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced to a sticky consistency.

4) Lightly char meat under low flame for another 5minutes. Ready to serve.

煮法 :

1) 把1公斤的鲜肉 (建议用花肉去皮, 滴干水) 用Uncle James 叉烧酱腌上至少3至4小时或放进冰箱隔夜。

2) 把450毫升的水倒入锅里煮沸。把腌肉和酱汁倒入锅里,盖着焖上20分钟。把肉翻转再盖着继续焖上20分钟。

3) 打开锅盖,调至中火并搅拌大约5分钟或酱汁黏稠。

4) 以慢火煎约5分钟至微焦,不可烧焦。即可享用。
