Kokko & May is a delightful comic series which is specially designed for young children as well as adults. Eddie See, a Malaysian-comic artist, who wrote and created Kokko & May or <Ge Mei Lia>. Kokko & May was introduced in 1997, it began its monthly publishing in 2003. In 2009, the monthly sales exceeded 150 thousands which broke the sales record compared to any other mandarin- based comics in Malaysia. Kokko & May is well known to all local Malaysian Chinese mostly students and parents, at the same time leading children to a wave of reading comics at this market. He founded Pinko Creative in the early 2012. Pinko Creative is a publishing company which focus more into comic discussions corporation as well as publishing comics, novels, and many more. In 2008, he became the first president of the Malaysian Mandarin Comics Society.
