Inkmage Rubber Dye is pre-mixed rubber dye for printing on fabrics directly. It is water-based highly elastic soft feel ink. Pre-mixed rubber dye is print with out white base. Can be print directly on dark clothes.

Rubber dye for screen printing on fabric, carton box, cardboard, paper, etc directly. It is water-based & acrylic-based and highly elastic soft feel ink.

After ink dries, use a paper or cloth interface and a household iron at medium to high setting for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Keep the iron moving to prevent scorching. 

Recommended Parameters:-

Screen Mesh : TG-800 (32T) to TG-1200 (47T).

Squeegee Blade : Straight Square Edge / Double Bevel.

Squeegee Hardness : 70 sHA - 80 sHA.

Curing (Natural Dry) : Sit for 48 hours.

Curing (Flash) : (Without Fixer) 130 - 140°C 3 minutes.

Curing (Flash) : (With Fixer) 120°C 2-3 minutes.

After Curing : Dying time is 5 days before wearing or washing the garment.

Storage : 5 - 30°C.

Clean Up : Warm water and mild detergent.

Note:-

- Under natural dry condition, various fastness and tackiness on surface should be pre-test before use.

- In case screen clogging happened, mix 2-5% of Water Based Retarder (WBRT).

- This product is not suitable to be printed on water repellent fabric.

- Keep sealed and store in cool and dark place after use.
