Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew is a well-known traditionally speciality and the oldest brewed wines in China. It is brewed from pure grains and containing low alcohol. One of the eight famous wines in China, it is the crown of rice wine. It is brewed with the finest glutinous rice and Jianhu water.
