SHOP POLICY

1. Warranty - Warranty duration will be specified under Product Specification. No warranty if it is not specified

2. Shipment - All shipments are shipped from Selangor, on first come first serve basis.

3. Delivery - Shopee decides the 3rd party logistics (Shopee Xpress, J&T, DHL, Ninjavan). We cannot choose the courier for specific order

4. Shipping - We strive to ship out all orders before next working day. It may take longer especially on Shopping Day like 11.11

5. Invoice - Buyer can download invoice in Shopee App, please chat with us if you do not know how. Strictly no exaggerated amount invoice.

6. Customer Support - Customer service is available from 9am to 10pm every day including Sunday.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Item Condition - Must be unused and in the same condition that buyer received it

2. Packaging - Must be in original packaging

3. Request - Return or refund request must be made in Shopee App, please chat with us if you do not know how

4. Warranty Claim - We will not pay for any shipping fees incurred during the process of warranty claim

5. Fraud - Any fraudulent claim or scam will be escalated to Shopee
