1. Charging for a long time will affect the battery life, thus we're recommend that the robomate must not be charged overnight ya.
2.We do not encourage the adding of cleaning detergents / floor cleaner into the water tank as some of the detergents may blocked the water outlet .
3.The robomate is suitable for cleaning flat and hard surfaces (tile/marble/wood floors/short-haired carpets etc) Not suitable for users who have long-haired carpets at home, long-haired carpets may cause the edge of the sweeping robot to jam. Please enquire with the customer service before placing an order.
4.The Robomate is equipped with an Anti-Drop function which will preventing the robot to fall from the edges with a height of more than 10cm. For those steps lower / less than 10cm, there will be chances that the Robot Vacuum will enter / fall (ie. Lower steps at the kitchen area or the toilet). Thus, we highly suggest users to close the doors that have low steps or purchase magnetic strip which can prevent the robot to enter certain area.
