The unibody injection moulded technology was the result of a collective obsession with companies that are expertise in different fields. The mould weighs over 6 tons, and required a machine that delivered 1,000 tons of pressure to produce every guitar. 3. The AirSonic carbon fiber material To develop a material that is lightweight and has a great acoustic performance, We’ve started the R&D project since 2015. The Dynamic elastic modulus of the AirSonic carbon fiber is 20 % -40 % higher than the Brazilian rosewood. It’s also won’t be affected by weather conditions, it could be with you anywhere anytime.
