Method:
Boil 3000ml of water, add 100g sugar and 1 can 400ml of evaporated milk.
Turn off the flame. Pour in Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder. Stir for 5 minutes.
Add fruit sugar and mix well.
Pour into moulds.
Set in refrigerator.
Cooking Tips:
Flames must be turned off after boiling. Strong flame will cause the Fruit Ben Curd Pudding to become hard and rough.
Store in cool dry place.
