🥬 Ye, kimchi memang masam dan ada bau. Kimchi melalui proses fermentasi, jadi bau & rasa masam tu normal. Konsep yang sama macam tempoyak dan jeruk rebung.

Cara penyimpanan kimchi

Simpan didalam peti.
❗ Masukkan kimchi ke dalam bekas bersih, pastikan bekas sentiasa tertutup rapat dan kimchi terendam didalam air kimchi.
❗ Guna sudu bersih setiap kali nak makan. InshaAllah tahan sehingga 6 bulan.
Pastikan kimchi disimpan di dalam peti sejuk setelah diterima

Why kimchi is Sour?
🥬 Because kimchi is a fermented dish, it has a prominent sour flavor. Lactic acid produced by bacteria during fermentation creates a tangy, pungent flavor similar to that of sour kraut.
🥬 Halal homemade premium kimchi. Using selected vegetables and ingredient.
🥬 If kimchi is too salty for your preferences, add some filtered(cooked) water into the kimchi. Or wait for a few days to let it be fully fermented. The saltiness will be reduce over time.
Main Ingredients:
Cabbage, white radish, korean chili flakes, carrot, onion, garlic, scallion, chieves, fish sauce, ginger, salt, glutinous rice flour & sugar.
How to store the kimchi?
❗ Keep the kimchi in the closed container in the refrigerator.
❗ Ensure that the kimchi is always soak in the brine and use new spoon each time u want to consume. The kimchi will last up to 6 months.
