Method of making Egg Waffle Mix

Equipment: Egg Waffle Machine

Ingredients:

Egg Waffle Mix – 1 pkt

Full Cream Milk (Dutch Lady) – 500 ml

Egg (A class) – 8 pcs

Water – 950ml

Cooking Oil – 40ml

Method:

1. Mix Egg with full cream milk and stir for 20 seconds.

2. Pour in with water and stir it.

3. Add in Egg Waffle mix slowly and stir it.

4. Add in cooking oil and stir until it well mix.

 1 pack of egg waffle powder can serve 18pcs or more.
