- All of our repairs use genuine Tineco parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.

- The Tineco Limited Warranty covers the user’s Tineco device and accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing defects for 2 year.

- The warranty excludes normal degradation from ongoing usage, even when it is being properly maintained.

- Parts that are subjected to degradation include but not limited to fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collector, wheels, etc.

- We do not cover warranty or repair for purchases of devices from unauthorized sellers nor damages arising from negligent use and use of the Tineco device which is not following the Tineco Operating Manual.
