Description

- White feta Cheese made from pasteurized skimmed cow's milk, palm oil, salt. - HALAL products, a product of Denmark and directly imported from Saudi Arabia, all products in Saudi Arabia market are strictly HALAL products, so need halal logo in any product. - Cheese comes in blocks (each block weight between 400gm to 450gm) - The cheese comes in 5 layers package, vacuum-seal packed submerge in brine (salty water), inside food container, wrapped by bubble wrap then inside cartoon box and cover by mail envelope. All this package to ensure cheese arrive in best condition. - But expected when reciving the order the cheese will be im soft condition inside BRINE water and this is normal don't think it's spoil or become useless. ****VERY IMPORTANT NOTE**** - When you receive order you need first to put cheese in the fridge DON'T OPEN IT DIRECTLY because will be like melt. After couples of hours or the next day, you will find it become solids and you can open package and remove water and put it inside the food container inside the fridge. - As long as the package is unopened, it’s perfectly fine in its original packaging. - Once you open the sealed package, you need to put it inside the fridge for maximum 1 week - Unlike other varieties of cheese, storing feta is all about the BRINE. - BRINE: is a solution of salt and water, and as long as feta is submerged in brine, it will last a long time. - To make the brine, simply dissolve ¼ cup of salt into three cups of cold water. Place the block of feta into a large, sealable container, and pour the brine solution on top until the cheese is completely covered. Tightly seal the container, and store it in the refrigerator. - If your feta is too salty, you can rinse it with water, or even submerge in water for half an hour before serving. - If the cheese sits in the fridge without brine for a few days and its surface becomes dry, cut off the dry part and use the rest. ***** How to spot is feta cheese spoiled? 1- First off, if there’s mold or any dark specs on the surface, throw it out. 2- Same thing if it has developed a sour smell.
