Satu biji telur / one egg 3. 2 sudu marjerin (30g) / 2 margerine(30g) 4. Satu sudu besar gula (12g) / one tbsp of sugar (12g) 5. 1/2 peket yis (5g)/ 1/2 packet yeast (5g) 6. 1/4 cawan air sejuk (50ml) / 1/4 cold water (50ml) Cara memasak / how to cook 1. Campurkan 1/2 yis dan 1 sudu besar gula ke dalam 1/4 cawan air Mix 1/4 yeast and 1tbsp of sugar into 1/4 cup of cold water 2. Masukkan bancuhan yis, telur dan marjerin ke dalam 200g adunan segera donut Combine the yeast mixture with egg, margerine and 200g doughnut instant mix 3. Uli sehingga matang dan rehatkan doh selama 15minit Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, let it stang to about 15 minit 4. Bahagi 30g setiap satu dan bentukkan Shape the dough into equal portion 5.
