1. 很多正中的油泼辣子是不调味的（完全没有咸味）只有浓浓的辣椒和芝麻的香味，高溫泼出的油泼辣子，色泽鮮亮，少许焦香味。如用來蘸食，拌食，都需要加盐或者酱油，这样才能发挥出最大美味。

2. 我们为了迎合部分朋友的饮食习惯，加入了少许的盐做一点基本调味（微量），可是基本上，在食用油泼辣子时，都还是建议把它当作是帮助美食增加香辣风味的辣油，不是调味料。

3. 过于调味（咸味）的油泼辣子，在搭配食物或者很常被拿来做料理时，会让食物过咸。很多时候，油泼辣子都会出现在完美调味了的美食上，最后淋上增加风味用的。举例，口水鸡，红油炒手，拌面，火锅蘸酱。这些美食，料理或者蘸酱，都应该分别有自己本身恰倒好吃的调味（盐，酱油，乌醋等），在配上油泼辣子的香辣，来提升风味。如果油泼辣子也带有厚重的咸味，那么加在任何美食上咸味都会稍显过于厚重哦。

4. 我们家的油泼辣子会加入非常微量的香醋来提味，这样辣油才不至于太腻口。香醋的酸味会在制作过程中被高油温呛至挥发，所以如果您打开盖子时有闻到一点醋的味道，不要担心，辣油里面确实有加一点醋，不是辣油品质有问题哦。食用的时候，可能会察觉到一点醋的味道，但是绝对不酸，是醋香，这样辣油才耐吃，不腻口。

5. 最后就是，请在食用的时候，从底部搅拌均匀舀取，越早食用香辣味越佳哦。

Our Chili Oil is a condiment made from 100% Pure Groundnut Oil that has been infused with chili peppers and spices.

Chili oil can be consumed directly with other food (noodles / dumpling) or used in cooking.

There are very minimal amount of salt in our chili oil to make sure that it is not too salty when it is mixed with your favorite food that are already well seasoned.

We also include small amount of vinegar to taste into our chili oil. There are no sour taste in your mouth when you consume our chili oil, you can only smell the aroma of vinegar.
