Caputo Semola di Grano Duro Rimacinata Semola Flour (Semolina Flour) comes from Naples, Itay. Caputo Semolina is fine as it was twice milled durum wheat, golden yellow in colour and high in gluten. Semolina is recommended for homemade pasta, breads, sugee cake, upma, rawa laddoo, pizza or as dusting powder for pizza base, crumpet and many more. Semolina can also mix with other flours to make pasta. The recommended ratio would be from 1 tablespoon to 50-50 blend with other flours. All in all, by adding semolina, you are bringing authentic Italian flavours to your kitchen.
