The fungus and dirt resistant formula give exterior wall at least 8 years protection from fungus, algae and dirt so your wall always stay clean and bright. The excellent alkali-resistant and adhesion property gives the coating a longer life span. Suitable for all normal exterior surface include brickwork, plaster, cement, rendering and asbestos. SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure the surface to be painted is clean. Remove all loose paint or powdery residue by brushing or scraping with a stiff fibre brush under running water or with a high pressure water jet. Use fungicidal wash to treat areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss. Allow to dry before painting. For best results, apply 1 coat of SEQUOIA Acrylic Wall Sealer followed by 2 coat of SEQUOIA SEQAshield. *Do not apply SEQAshield in wet weather. DATA AND DIRECTION FOR USE Touch Dry : Dependent on temperature and humidity. Recoat : 1-2 hours Coverage : 10 m2 / litre Number Of Coats : minimum 2 coats Application : Stir the paint well before use. Application can be made by brush, roller or spray. Thinning : Dilution is not necessary unless required, and recommendation for dilution is maximum 5% with water only. Cleaning Up : Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use. SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION Keep away from food, drinks, animal feed and out of the reach of children. Work in a well-ventilated area. Do not breathe vapour or spray. A suitable mask and eye protection should be worn during applying paint. In case of contact with eye, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Clean your skin with soap and water immediately after painting work. Do not empty into drains or water courses.
