Make sure the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton. Place moistened cotton on eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds. Wipe gently, without rubbing and tugging as product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard. * To remove particularly hard-to-remove waterproof mascara or thickly applied makeup, place a moistened cotton for 20-30 seconds before gently wiping off. * Avoid contact with eyes (close eyes during use). Wash away immediately with water in case of contact with eyes or unusual sensation.
