Adabi Rempah Biryani Powder

Adabi Rempah Biryani Powder can be used to create this deliciously classic biryani dish; enhancing the genuine flavour and enriching the aroma.

Cooking Method

Heat up cooking oil and pour ghee into the rice cooker. Put in the blended ingredients and sauté approximately 2 – 3 minutes. 

Then add in Adabi Rempah Biryani Powder and stir the mixture until fragrant.

Add in evaporated milk, pandan leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Stir until it starts to boil.

Add in basmati rice, red chillies green chilies, salt, Adabi MSG and sugar. Stir evenly and leave the rice to cook.

Add fried cashew nuts to garnish and a dash of egg yolk yellow colouring.

Mix it all up and ready for serving.
