Rempah Sup A1 terdapat dalam paket 35g yang mengandungi campuran rempah dari tradisional Malaysia . Ia diilhamkan oleh masakan Cina. Ia merupakan sup dengan tulang rusuk berdaging dalam sup rempah dan ramuan. Bahan-bahan: Cinnamon, Angelica Pepper, Aralia Cordate, Sinensis, Star Anise, Paurantii, Cigusticum, Radix Rehmannaie, Rhizoma Atraclylodis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Lingustic Persediaan: 2 kg daging, 8 keping bawang putih, 2 sudu kicap hitam, 4 sudu kicap ringan, 2 sudu sos tiram, garam, MSG, 10 mangkuk (1.5 liter) air dan dua bungkus Rempah Sup A1 (35g ). Kurangkan separuh daripada bahan di atas jika hanya 1 kg daging digunakan. Arahan Memasak: 1. Bilas daging 2. Apabila air mendidih, masukkan daging dan Rempah Sup A1 dan gunakan api sederhana untuk memasak selama 30 minit. Masukkan kicap, sos tiram, MSG dan garam sehingga daging dimasak sepenuhnya 3. Masukkan lada sebelum dihidangkan Penyimpanan: Simpan di tempat yang kering dan sejuk ------- A1 Soup Spices is available in a 35g packet which contains the spice mix of a traditional Malaysian soup – a type of meat in spices and herbal soup. It is inspired by Chinese cuisine. It is a soup with meaty ribs in a broth of spices and herbs. Ingredients: Cinnamon, Angelica Pepper, Aralia Cordate, Sinensis, Star Anise, Paurantii, Cigusticum, Radix Rehmannaie, Rhizoma Atraclylodis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Lingustic Preparations: 2 kg meats, 8 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of black soya sauce, 4 spoons of light soya sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, MSG, 10 bowls (1.5 litre) of water and two packets of A1 Soup Spices (35g). Reduce half of the above ingredients if only 1 kg of meat is used. Cooking Instructions: 1. Rinse meat 2. When water is boiled, put in meat and A1 Soup Spices and use medium heat to cook for 30 minutes. Add in soya sauce, oyster sauce, MSG and salt until meat is fully cooked 3.
