Ingredients 材料 :
Crystal Mooncake Mix 冰皮月饼预拌粉 ............................ 500gm/克
Cold Water 冰水 …………...........……………………...............…. 450gm/克
Shortening 白油…………………....................……...........…....… 130gm/克
METHOD 做法 :
1. Beat the shortening until fluffy, add in Crystal Mooncake Mix and Cold Water, knead the mixture until it forms a dough.
2. Divide the dough equally and roll into a ball. Place the paste into the centre of the dough.
Wrap it tightly and seal the edges. (Suggested ratio for dough:paste, 1:2)
3. Lightly dust hands with flour, and put the mooncake into mooncake mould. Tap and remove it. Chill it at least 2 hours before serving.
1. 将白油打散后，加入冰皮月饼预拌粉及冷水，拌至光滑
2. 分成等分，揉成小球状。把小球状面团包入馅料，包好捏紧收口(面团与馅料对比是1:2)
3. 滚一层手粉，把月饼放入月饼模具中轻轻按压紧实后推出，冷藏至少两小时即可
