Lavender is an evergreen plant that grows to about 3 feet and produces gorgeous lilac-colored flowers. To extract the oil, the flowers are put through a steam distillation process. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and fill with aloe vera. Shake to mix well. Apply to irritated areas to soothe conditions such as bites and burns. Re-apply 2-3 times a day or as needed. Shelf life: 1 week (1.7% dilution) MENTAL FATIGUE: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Lavender (Bulgarian), 5 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of Mandarin.
