Happy Grass Jelly Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder / Serbuk Dadih Perisa Buah-buahan
Notice:
●It may be available in a green or blue colour bag package. They are the same. It also maybe in 360g or 310g net weight content package. New batches of stock for some flavours are available in a 310g net weight package.
●For information also, the flavours of Kiwi, Passion Fruit, Blackcurrant, Almond, Orange, Pandan maybe still available in 360g.
●Best before date: Not same for different flavours and batches, maybe 2024 or 2025 year.
Method:
1. Boil 3000ml of water, add 100gm sugar and 1 can 400ml of evaporated milk.
2. Turn off the flame. Pour in Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder. Stir for 5 minutes.
3. Add fruit sugar and mix well.
4. Pour into moulds.
5. Set in refrigerator.
Cara Masakan:
1. Didihkan 3000ml air, 100gm gula dan 1 tin (400ml) susu cair.
2. Padamkam api. Campurkan kandungan dadih. Kacau 5 minit.
3. Masukkan Gula Buah-buahan kacau hingga rata.
4. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan.
5. Bekukan di dalam peti sejuk.
