方法A (平底锅或中式锅) 1. 解冻后，烧热的镬，放下适量油烧滚100度 2. 将鸡块翻炸成金黄色，大约3-5分钟炸熟捞起，倒入漏勺控油备用 3. 将糖醋酱煮热倒入配菜，和炸成鸡块一起煮1分钟，既可起锅享用 方法B (气炸锅) 1. 把鸡块在冰箱取出即可下锅， 2. 调至180°C - 120°C (大概 8 ~ 10 分钟)，炸至金黄色即可备用 3. 将糖醋酱在锅煮热倒入配菜，和炸成鸡块一起煮1分钟，既可起锅享用 Cooking Instruction: Method A (Deep fry or Pan fry) 1. After fully defrost, may choose to either pan fry or deep fry (100℃) with oil. 2. Pan fry or deep fry (3-5mins) until the chicken nuggets turn golden brown and crispy on the outside then put aside to drain the extra oil. 3. Stir fried the sauce with the vegetables until its cook then put in the chicken nuggets and cook for 1 minute. It’s ready to serve! Method B (Air fry) 1. Put the chicken nuggets straight into the air fry machine directly from the freezer (no need to defrost). 2. Air fry at 180℃ – 200℃ for 8-10 mins until the chicken nuggets turn golden brown and crispy on the outside. 3. Stir fried the sauce with the vegetables until its cook then put in the chicken nuggets and cook for 1 minute.
