烹煮方式: 1. 解冻后,把海鲜食材放入沸腾水中煮3分钟,将海鲜食材捞起备用 2.把少许的油放入锅中爆香洋葱,再放入洋角豆翻炒1分钟 3. 把酱料倒入锅中煮热1分钟, 再把红茶汤倒入锅中一起翻炒 4. 把海鲜食材倒入参巴酱内一起翻炒2-5分钟即可享用 Cooking Instruction: 1. After fully defrost the ingredient, blanch the seafood with boiling water for 3 minutes, then put aside to drain and for later use. 2. Put a little oil into the pan and stir fried the onions (1st), then together with the orka (2nd) for 1 minute 3. Next, add in the sauce and stir fried for 1 minute, then add in the black tea soup and stir again. 4. Lastly, add in the seafood and stir fry for 2 – 5 minutes.
